It's meant as an overview — a taste of each craft rather than a deep dive — and the shop says it adapts each class to the students' progress and interests. All materials are included, and the projects go home at the end of the course.

There is no age restriction and everyone plays together — members have ranged from twelve years old into their forties. Players wear Kingston Canadians jerseys, and local sponsors provide team jackets and hoodies.
Schedule: Saturday afternoons through the hockey season, at Cataraqui Arena

No upper age limit — teens and adults play on the same team, so a player doesn't age out.
At $350 it costs well under half of KAMHA's regular house-league fee.

The area's biggest ball hockey league — around a thousand players, with co-ed divisions from initiation up to bantam and a girls' program, the Kingston Chaos. The 2026 spring season has wrapped up, and registration for the next one is live on their site.

The Initiation Program is for ages 3 to 5 and is the youngest entry point: a half-hour practice then a half-hour game, both played across the width of the floor rather than end to end (the IIHF model) so little players touch the ball far more often.

About a thousand players in recent years, which makes it the largest ball hockey league in the area.

Kids' yoga that combines gentle Hatha postures, breathing and meditation with imagination play. Classes run as a series, but children can join partway through whenever there is space.

When we checked in early September, the studio's Mindbody events schedule showed no Family Yoga series booked — the series runs in blocks, so check their schedule or ask the studio for the next start date.
